A global finanical services company based in West London are currently looking for a 2nd jobber that would like to gain experience with working in a large team.
The successful candidate must be available to start temp to perm on Thursday (25th April).
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and line managers
- Assist with the recruitment of new employees
- Taking a lead role with the on boarding of new employees
- Working closely with the Payroll Officer to assist with the preparation of monthly payroll
- Taking a lead role in the administration of employee benefits to ensure new joiners are added, leavers removed and changes made on a timely and accurate basis
- Responsibility for all Personnel Files including auditing the files, filing of paperwork and keeping relevant checklists up to date
- Ensuring systems are kept up to date and in accordance with security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Assistance with the performance management programme, including training, calibration meeting co-ordination
- Identifying, sourcing, and booking training courses both from internal and external providers
- Provide assistance to the Office Manager and cover in their absence
- Experience within administrative function, ideally within the HR
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A can do attitude
- Warm, friendly and approachable with a customer-centric attitude
- Ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload
- Must be professional, discreet and maintain strict levels of confidentiality
