A client of ours, an internationally renowned fashion company based in London, are seeking a switched on Office Manager to join their team.
Duties for this role will include but in no way will be restricted to:
• Acting as first point of contact for visitors and clients
• Keeping the office and meeting rooms tidy
• Managing accounts and negotiating new contracts
• Managing conference room calendars
• Support the HR team with introduction of new employees
• Organising the occasional office events
This is a fantastic role for an experienced office manager with at least two years’ relevant experience and a ‘can-do’ attitude. You must be able to use initiative to solve and resolve problems, along with having excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
