One of our clients, a bespoke interiors company based in Central London, are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Maintaining order books
• Organising deliveries
• Generating invoices
• Liaising with bespoke clients or their staff and generally ensuring the team runs smoothly
• Database management 

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be able to manage and prioritise demands on time ensuring this is done so with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
