A rare opportunity to support in an Executive Assistant capacity for a leading global consultancy.

Based in the heart of bustling Leeds centre, you will join a 100+ strong office and a close-knit group of other assistants, who work closely as a team to serve a dynamic consultant group.

You will support on a 1:3 basis, including a Senior Partner who splits their time between Leeds and the South East.  You will be a expert manager of time and Outlook calendars as meetings and appointments change hourly so you must really enjoy contact with both internal and external stakeholders - often at very senior level. Good with systems and with a genuine passion for complex document production, you will have impeccable attention to detail in order to ensure clients and consultants alike have the correct information to hand in good time. It will also be your responsibility to log client activity, calls and updates in the firm's CRM system so any experience of updating databases and managing high volume information arriving via email would be extremely helpful.

This is an ideal role if you love working with complex information, at a high pace and with intelligent people and in a open plan yet calm office environment.  Consultancy, accountancy or legal experience backgrounds will be particularly favoured and prioritised.
