EA to C Suite  

We are currently working with a fast growing, high performing Tech company based in the West End.  They have an incredible culture and are soon to be moving to a new creative working hub, still in the West End.

They are seeking an EA to their C Suite and are offering a highly motivated, engaging, fun and sociable working environment and as many projects as you desire!  

The role is to support the CEO, CFO & COO, with the majority of your time looking after this charismatic CEO who will rely heavily on your expert support, but you will be astute enough to ensure the other two key stakeholders also receive an exceptional level of support – it’s a true balancing act, but completely manageable for an emotionally intelligent EA with bags of savvy and commercial awareness who works quickly and efficiently, building relationships the whole way.  This role will suit someone with a natural empathy, someone intuitive and someone who really enjoys working with and through people to get results and impress at the top!

With the usual EA duties covered, you can take on a multitude of extra projects to grow this role into anything you want it to be!

• Be the go-to person, conduit, gatekeeper and ambassador for the CEO
• Intensive diary and scheduling management for the C Suite
• Booking end-to-end travel and corresponding itineraries
• Coordinate high quality events both internal and client facing events
• Arranging, minuting and being point person for Exec Committee meetings
• Produce presentations, reports and high quality data as required
• There is scope to take on a wide variety of extra projects where you can use your initiative to improve systems and processes!
