I have an urgent need for a Real Estate Paralegal to join this full-services, market leading American Law Firm based in the heart of the City. This is an amazing opportunity at a prestigious and renowned firm and to gain some truly hands on experience. To be successful in the role you MUST have previous experience working as a Real Estate Paralegal.

Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Dealing with incoming asset management client instructions and initial document assembly
• Supporting Partner case load from acquisition, sales, lease extensions and land registrations
• Assisting the transaction process
• Handling pre-contract enquiries, tenant verification and other general transactional matters.
• Negotiation of leasing documents with appropriate supervision and training from the existing team
• Deal with enquires, assist with client meetings and all other forms of communication (internal and external)
• Keep all paper work up to date and chase when necessary

Real Estate Paralegal Requirements:

• You must have previous Property/Real Estate experience - 6 months minimum
• Proven ability to manage case load from beginning to end
• Ideally have completed LPC
• A minimum of a 2:1 degree/law equivalent is ideal
• Must have a methodical and process driven attitude to your work
• Can work efficiently under pressure
• Open communication style
• Team player
