Growing London based US law firm is looking to recruit a new Recruitment Coordinator to join the firm on a permanent basis, providing a first class service for the end-to-end lateral recruitment process for roles within the London office, taking the lead on recruiting trainees an vacation scheme interns for the firm, and organising core development programmes across the office.  Responsibilities will include providing recruitment expertise for lateral recruitment, drafting business cases and benchmarking accordingly, building strong relationships with recruitment agencies, negotiating and tracking agency terms, interviewing at both junior and mid-level, project managing campus relationships to ensure successful attendance at law firms, coordinating vacation schemes and open days, running assessment days, updating marketing materials, identifying advertising opportunities, screening candidates for all vacancies, scheduling training sessions, liaising with external training suppliers, collating invitation responses and ensuring attendance is recorded, producing seminar materials, maintaining CPD records, researching training conferences and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates should have previous HR experience from within a law firm, with a particular focus on recruitment being extremely beneficial.  Candidates should also have excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have strong leadership qualities.  Standard working hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required.
