Fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step up into a management/leadership role in client services and Account Management.

The company are hugely exciting with offices opening in LA and Paris recently as they continue to grow as leaders within their field. They provide high-end short term lets for holiday makers looking for a 5* hotel style stay but in unique central London properties.

This role will make up part of the leadership team, overseeing the Guest experience during their stay via this company. With two existing employees in your team they will manage the day to day relationships with guests with you acting as an escalation point. You will be responsible for reporting on guest reviews, looking to improve the process, manage recruitment, training and on-boarding for the team and assist with the team’s duties day to day.

We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years Account Management, Hospitality Management, or Client Services experience who is looking for the next step in their career. The company offer a very competitive salary level, alongside a £5,000 performance based bonus each year. There could well be long term opportunities abroad for the more adventurous however this role will be based in their creative, open plan offices in the City of London.
