Cook / House Manager for UHNW Family

Based in Notting Hill. It's a fairly informal household but with exceptionally high standards.

• £45,000 live out
• 10 - 5pm Monday - Friday with some weekend work when required

Cooking:

• We are looking for a confident experienced  cook who is adventurous with their dishes. You would need to be able to prepare lunches, teas, drinks and dinners for the Principals and occasionally for dinner / lunch parties anything from  5 - 16 people only when the family entertain. The family's preferred cuisine is European, healthy food, especially Italian. As well as cooking you would shop for food, stock the Kitchen. 

House Management:

• On the House Management side you would manage the household team and be the "go to"person for the household staff which includes; 4 housekeepers, a driver at and gardeners. The housekeeping team is committed and experienced, but needs someone they can come to with questions and also someone who can check the house to see that it’s all up to standard and to spot any upkeep or repair needed and manage the required work.  You would also be expected to meet and greet visitors often VIPs. 

Experience:

The right candidate will  be personable, "hands on", experienced with managing people, well travelled, energised and grounded - a luxury yachting background would work well.

You also would be fluent in English, be able to communicate by email as well as face to  face and be fond of dogs! This role works closely with the family's Private PA.
