My client, an investor based in the West End seeks an experienced Operations/Office Manager to join their team.  This is a busy and extremely varied role and we seek candidates with strong experience in the following areas:

  • Office Management - managing 3rd party supplier relationships, management of a team assistant, managing office moves, expenses, travel and new joiners etc.
  • HR Management - liaising with 3rd party payroll provider, employment contracts, annual leave and sickness records, maintaining accurate employee records, annual reviews etc.
  • Project Management - managing NDAs, 3rd party consultants, agreements etc.
  • Compliance & Legal - FCA reporting and liaison with 3rd parties
  • Accounting - accounts payable / receivable duties, account reconciliation,
  • Marketing & Database - organise events, database cleansing, arrange team events

This role will suit a resilient individual with experience of all of the above and whose career has been within financial services.  We seek a pro-active, driven, flexible with an eye for detail individual with an interest in the investment universe.
