Team Assistant with Marketing duties

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant with a couple of years office experience, to work at an exciting and developing Consultancy firm, supporting a team of highflying consultants. This is a wonderful values based company, based in cool offices in the City. The role is for a confident individual with strong emotional intelligence, looking to create an impact. You must be highly organised and very comfortable booking complex international travel, putting detailed itineraries together, sorting visas, booking hotels etc. You will be supporting around nine different characters, all with separate needs and requests so intuition and an ability to think on your feet in a calmly manner is essential.  Strong communication skills are important, you will be answering phones and emailing on behalf of the consultants.  This is for someone personable, passionate and excited by the prospect of growing within the company.  It is an evolving role in a relatively small company so a flexible and enthusiastic attitude is needed.  You must be open to any ad hoc tasks thrown your way and happy to step in wherever necessary.  You will be joining a really delightful team with some inspiring team members. Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook is required.
