Are you a driven, self motivated and personable graduate who wants to have exposure to senior executives in business and work alongside experts mentors?

We are representing a boutique recruiter in the City who works with the top international Fin Tech companies. They are looking for someone with natural tenacity, strong emotional intelligence and the desire to learn everything there is to know about the major players within the industry.

The Role

As Graduate Researcher you would provide a mixture of;

• Headhunting
• Networking
• Database management
• Business development 

This is an entry level role where you will receive excellent training and work within a highly collaborative working environment, sitting in close proximity to more senior colleagues who will offer you much guidance whilst you establish in the role.

You will be treated as a key member of the team with huge room for you to progress. 

The Candidate

The key things they are looking for from a Graduate Researcher is someone who is keen to take responsibility and ownership of their role and candidates. Someone sharp, who is ambitious to succeed and is self-motivated. A graduate with at least a 2:2 and some interests outside of academia - sport, travel, charity work etc.
