PA to the CCO needed for a global Consultancy firm based in Victoria

Your new company
This company has recently relocated from Hong Kong and have gone through a massive relocation project. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. This company are highly ambitious and are looking to double in size by 2022.

Your new role
You will handle all activities for the CCO office, which will include the organisation of complex meetings and events, managing the CCO's calendar by liaising with internal and external Executives and Assistants. You will arrange all their travel including visas, compile and submit expense reports. You will do all the reporting for the team, including holiday requests, POs and invoices and ensuring everything is logged in the required channel.

What you'll need to succeed
With the company looking to expand over the next few years, they are looking for a PA that will match their ambition and buy into the business. They will need someone that wants to develop personally. You will ideally have demonstrated PA experience and C-suite level, excellent IT skills, good prioritisation and organisations skills .
