PA

We are currently recruiting for a permanent PA role to support a Global Marketing Director based in central London. 

It would be highly advantageous if candidates have previously supported a Marketing Director or Chief Marketing Officer (or similar); or have had exposure to working within a marketing team. Further to this, candidates need to demonstrate good skills in using PowerPoint, PDF docs, proofreading, etc. Previous experience of InDesign would be extremely helpful. 

Your role will be to provide PA support to the Marketing Director whilst also having responsibility for making sure the wider marketing department is coming together as a team. 

PA duties will include diary management, preparing travel packs and itineraries as well as assisting with marketing documents and collateral.
