Our client, a global Branding agency are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join the sleek London Office. This is a great opportunity to join a forward thinking and hard working office of like minded creatives in a great role! This dynamic and hands on role, will ensure that productivity is maximised through efficient deployment of tech resources and efficient troubleshooting resolution.
Being a key part of the team you will focus on mainly supporting the IT team. On a daily basis you will be first point of call for Agency IT support, lead for escalation and resolution of IT issues to Support Team, AV assistance for internal and external facing meetings, maintenance of IT/tech register, manage and track IT purchase request budget, ownership of agency mobile phone account and working closely with the procurement team to obtaining quotes for new equipment. Alongside this you will also assist the HR, Finance and Resourcing teams with project co-ordination, freelance on boarding, assisting with IT SBOX testing and ad hoc tasks Operations tasks.
For this Operations Assistant role you will need to be proficient in relevant IT software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), personable team player, strong sense of responsibility, commitment and accountability, attention to detail, multi-tasker with ability to prioritise tasks, proactive problem solver, enthusiastic, driven and effective communication and interpersonal skills – written/oral. Preferably from a Media/Agency background but not essential.
