Are you a bright and engaging PA looking for your next step? Do you want to support a C-suite level executive in a vibrant and exciting creative brand? Are you looking for an ambassadorial, true business partner PA role?  

You will be joining a well know, creative design brand based in stunning offices in West London. They are looking for an absolute star PA to support their charismatic CFO as well as providing soft support to two other Directors. The CFO you will be supporting is an impressive individual with a luxury goods background and a great personal style who supports work life balance and engenders a truly motivational working relationship!

You must be highly organised, energetic and analytically minded. They are looking for someone with experience preparing financial data, coordinating board meetings, board packs and all associated logistics as well as excellent diary management and excel skills.

You will be proactive and agile in your approach and looking for a fast-paced and exciting role. They are looking for someone who’s highly intelligent and will be able to hit the ground running!

The ideal experience would be within a Finance or Private Equity company or supporting a CFO or other C Suite within a creative brand but we will consider anyone who matches the above personal qualities and experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

•             Complex Global Diary management

•             Managing and prioritising inboxes

•             Complex Global Travel arrangements

•             Using Excel to advanced level to present financial data

•             Producing Board Packs

•             Coordinating Board and Exec co meetings globally and providing full logistical support
•             Supporting on a wide range of social and charity initiatives !

•             Taking minutes in high level meetings
