Our client, a market leading media production company, are seeking an Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant to join their rapidly growing team.
This is an extremely busy and varied role, where no two days will be the same! The role will be split approximately 70/30 between the Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant function.
Amongst the diverse responsibilities of the Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant will be:
*Acting as the first point of contact within the office for any Facilities related
issues, liaising with external companies as needed
*Processing Facilities related invoices
*Supplier Management
*Assisting with the organization of events, to include sourcing venues and equipment
*Assisting the Head of Logistics with ad hoc projects
Supporting two senior Partners as and when needed, your duties in this regard may be:
*Managing busy diaries and booking internal and external meetings
*Booking cars and restaurants
*Organizing travel
Office Coordinator / Personal Assistant - what we're looking for:
*Previous experience within Logistics or Office Management is essential
*Exposure to supporting with diary and travel management is also required
*To thrive in this role, a background working within a startup or SME environment is
essential
*Exceptional attention to detail
*An extremely adaptable approach, with the ability to hit the ground running and
anticipate requirements
