Global Asset Management Executive Team Assistant to Investment Professionals - (German language skills would be a bonus but French, Italian or Spanish could be of interest) £45,000-50,000 per annum + benefits Mayfair Permanent Role: Team fit is crucial for this role, they need to work well with the wider Assistant and be collaborative in there approach. Prior experience with Asset Management / Private Equity would again stand out, they have also interviewed candidates from the big tier 1 IB’s. Duties: •Coordinate extensive, often last minute, travel arrangements, locally and internationally. Including but not limited to, accommodation, flights, ground transfers, currency and detailed itineraries. •Extensive Outlook and diary management, including managing calls when investment professionals are not available. •Coordinating meeting and calls in several time zones, accommodating constantly moving diaries and communicating schedules. •Processing and reconciling multiple detailed expense claims and invoices, including copying and scanning on a monthly basis. •Assisting in the organisation of small to large scale events. Either on site or offsite. •Working closely with other assistants in the team. Providing support to/ cover for annual leave and absence. •Ability to support an extremely busy and fast paced team of c. 10 senior investment professionals •Willing to work out of standard office hours where required The successful candidate will have: •Solid PA experience, corporate maturity is essential •The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure •Must be adept and reliable, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise •Polished communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential •Efficiency and accuracy are essential to the role •Previous experience working in Financial Services more broadly is a premium •Capable of working on own initiative and a strong team player •Tact and diplomacy •Logical thinker •French,German and/or Spanish language would be an advantage but not essential Please send your CV for immediate consideration.
