Our client, a global pharmaceutical firm with offices based in the heart of the City, is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their busy London based office.

Supporting the company's Shared Services Finance function in India, the Finance Administrator will be responsible for document handling, managing bank related activities, and ensuring records are maintained.

Finance Administrator - Responsibilities will include:

  • Scanning communication and documentation, as well as ensuring hard copies of documentation have been filed
  • Ensuring sign off of statutory documents by authorised persons
  • Sending out invoice hard copies
  • Sending of vendor invoices, statements and letters to relevant internal teams
  • Assisting with the filing of Annual Accounts
  • Cash withdrawals and deposits; cheque payments
  • Disbursement of petty cash vouchers to employees

  • Finance Administrator - What we're looking for:

  • A minimum of a years experience working within a Finance or Accounting role
  • A degree in Finance or Accounting would be advantageous, but is not essential
  • Previous experience of using SAP would be extremely beneficial
  • An excellent working knowledge of Excel, and strong MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and an adaptable working style
