EA, French, Private Equity

A very slick Private Equity firm, founded by some well known PE industry figures, is looking for a highly capable, efficient and experienced EA/PA to support a senior Partner. You will use your fluent French on a daily basis.

Duties include:

- Extensive diary and inbox management
- Organising multi-party meetings and conference calls globally
- Handling schedule conflicts, staying one step ahead at all times, always ensuring the Partner is well prepared
- Complex global travel arrangements and preparing itineraries
- Building and maintaining relationships with senior internal/external stakeholders and high-profile clients
- Processing expenses
- Conducting research

Successful candidates will have significant EA experience within blue chip organisations, particularly within Financial Services.
