Beautiful, high end clinic based in the Harley Street area is looking for a Client Care Liaison to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for guiding patients through their journey, supporting the Patient Care Coordinators and at the same time delivering outstanding patient care and strong administrative support.

This is a lovely company, where staff are well looked after and there is a great team spirit. The successful candidate will have outstanding attention to detail, the ability to manage stressful situations in a calm and proactive manner and good time management skills. The key to success in this role is having a clear and personable manner with patients and the ability to differentiate between important and urgent tasks, always prioritising effectively to complete multiple duties. You  will be a strong communicator, with clerical and administrative experience, great problem solving skills and a proactive approach. IT literacy is also a must.
