Our client a Financial Services organisation, based in the city is looking for a corporate receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.

Key duties:

Meeting and Greeting visitors

Answering and screening telephone calls

Taking accurate messages / transferring calls

Booking rooms and setting up meetings

Logging facilities issues

Sorting out post

Providing beverages, and ordering catering for meetings

Other adhoc duties

The person:

Ability to communicate with people at all levels confidently and professionally

Polite and articulate

Excellent attention to detail

Flexible / Reliable
