A successful and well-known Real Estate Advisory based in the heart of the West End is seeking a Facilities Manager to work within a 12 month maternity cover.


The client is looking for an individual with significant experience in Facilities to provide maternity cover support to our Facilities Team as Facilities Helpdesk & Quality Assurance Co-Ordinator.


The main responsibilities for the Facilities Manager would be:


- Acting as a first point of contact for the enquiries submitted via Helpdesk

- Overseeing maintenance programmes

- Coordinating the accreditation process

- Provide Health and Safety operational support incl. coordinating H&S audits

- Administrative duties incl. Attend meetings and compose minutes, supporting team members, maintain strong customer relationships


It is ESSENTIAL, that the individual has experience in Health and Safety audits and knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001


The ideal Facilities Manager would have:


- Excellent customer service skills

- Great attention to detail

- Polite and articulate approach

- Flexibility particularly as there will be an occasional requirement to work outside of core hours
