A leading membership body based in South West London, is looking for a Team Administrator who has experience in an office environment and has utilized CRM systems/databases. The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and a confident approach. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive organisation.

The Role

• Raising invoices
• Responsible for ensuring the database is regularly updated to reflect the current status of sales, projects, etc
• Answer calls and ascertains information from the client as to what it is they require
• Arrangement meetings for the Group, booking venues, arranging refreshments and sending out agenda’s and previous meeting minutes
  
  

The Person

• A-levels or equivalent.
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• CRM/database experience
• Proven relevant office experience and time management skills.
• Office experience ideally professional services
• Excellent telephone manner plus verbal and written communication skills.
