The Role
- Raising invoices
- Responsible for ensuring the database is regularly updated to reflect the current status of sales, projects, etc
- Answer calls and ascertains information from the client as to what it is they require
- Arrangement meetings for the Group, booking venues, arranging refreshments and sending out agenda’s and previous meeting minutes
The Person
- A-levels or equivalent.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- CRM/database experience
- Proven relevant office experience and time management skills.
- Office experience ideally professional services
- Excellent telephone manner plus verbal and written communication skills.
