French Speaking FOH Office ManagerWest EndUp to £30,000
Our Client, a Leading base for many Global Luxury Brands is seeking a French Speaking Front of House Office Manager.
Working within great office's it will be your responsibility to manage the Front of House and Facilities within the office.
Key Duties include:
*Meeting and Greeting all visitors, Clients and seniors
*Management of meeting rooms while be responsible for catering and refreshments when required
*Management and sorting of all incoming post and deliveries
*Answering incoming calls, transferring to correct department or person or taking accurate messages
*Ensuring FOH is to a high standard at all times
*Management of facilities and maintenance
*Dealing directly with supplier contracts and maintaining supplier relationships
*Responsible for pretty cash and management of weekly reports to support operations team
*Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered too
*Event Support for in-house events
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great workplace with varied duties
The successful candidate will be fluent in French, have previous Front of House / Corporate Reception experience, knowledge of facilities and have proven management experience
