A family office in the West End is looking for an exceptional part-time Receptionist to join their close-knit Front of House team on 13th May.
The Receptionist will be meeting and greeting all visitors, answering all incoming phone calls and forwarding them on using the switchboard, and handling all incoming and outgoing mail. They will be in charge of booking the meetings rooms, and will also help with general administration and updating databases if the Team Assistant is ever away. The Receptionist would always be working alongside one other person, and would be the first point of contact for any guests/clients.
This Receptionist role is an amazing opportunity to work in a professional environment in an office of 50 people. The hours would be either 8-1:30pm, or 1-6:30pm each day. They offer 25 days’ holiday, and other benefits, and the salary would be up to £26k pro rata.
The successful candidate will be extremely polished and professional. They will be confident meeting and greeting people at all levels, will be organised, and will have prior experience in either reception roles or in hospitality.
