Our fantastic US based law firm are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their Marketing & Business Development team on an ongoing temporary basis. Responsibilities will include assembling formal and informal pitch documents and presentations, and handling related tracking of pitching activity with minimal supervision, conducting research projects to underpin business development efforts, including company and industry research, supporting the implementation of practice group business development activities including client targeting and key client management, updating and maintaining experience on the firmwide experience database and in related materials, updating and maintaining the Attorney bios and rankings on the website and internal systems, coordinating client communications, including legal updates, announcements, newsletters, specific thought leadership campaigns, assisting with website maintenance/updating, assisting with social media communications, updating and maintaining practice group, office and regional marketing materials, including brochures, credentials presentations, capability statements, deal lists, team sheets, placemats, overseeing printing, distribution and storage of marketing materials. Other duties include assisting with the legal directory submission process (Chambers, Legal 500 etc.), assisting with the coordination of seminars, webinars, conference sponsorships, exhibitions, and other events, including arranging logistics, invitations, materials, and hospitality and supporting with follow-up activities, collecting and maintaining data for internal marketing databases/reports and any other duties when required. Candidates must have previous marketing experience within a professional services organisation, preferably within a law firm, and excellent organisational, planning and interpersonal skills, with strong Microsoft office skills.
