PA - World Famous Architecture Practice

Forward thinking and highly respected architectural practice, renowned for their incredible work are looking for a brilliant PA to join their team. On a typical day you will be supporting 2 people and their wider team. Your responsibilities will include diary management, travel, expenses, being an integral POC, handling email correspondence, holiday cover, research, timesheet management and much more. You will be an essential part of the team and heavily relied on to keep the whole team running smoothly.

To be considered for this role you MUST be calm, efficient, able to prioritise well, be 100% reliable and have good, solid PA skills with experience using Adobe packages (InDesign, Photoshop etc.) You MUST have 3 years + experience as a PA from within the creative industries (ads, media etc.). The ideal candidate would come from a similar architectural background.
