An Exciting, integrated Creative Agency are looking for a fantastic Team Assistant to join their growing team! Based in the heart of West End, this is a brand new role so there is loads of room to make it your own! The office is really fast paced, quirky and full of young creatives; everyone is really friendly, hardworking and interested in the creative in one form or another. In addition to being surrounded by creatives in a fun environment, you will also be well paid and receive excellent benefits!
On a typical day, you will be supporting a Senior PA within the business with basic diary management, screening calls, meeting prep including documentation, organising couriers, booking all travel, processing expenses and anything related to the office itself e.g. ensuring stock and stationary supplies are up-kept, running nay errands as required, organising any events, assisting with pitches and more! In addition, making a cracking cup of tea would be much appreciated!
This is an amazing role for an Office Assistant wanting to learn and grow in a creative agency!
To be suitable for this role, you should be proactive and ‘a doer’ – someone who will ‘get it done’! You should be bright, switched on and unafraid to ask the right questions. You should have at least 12 months admin/office experience, ideally with some travel booking experience and you must be confident! The ideal person would be diplomatic with high EQ and a ‘muck in’ /team player approach. You should be resilient, sparky, personable, eager, willing and social.
If this sounds like you then apply now for an immediate interview!
