Our client, a leading media agency who are renowned for their creative work and amazing client base, is looking for a Receptionist to join them in their West end offices. You will be working alongside the Office Manager in a lovely, approachable and friendly team and sleek offices, also having the opportunity to receive great benefits to offer including discounts within most high street stores.
As a Receptionist, day-day will be dealing with all traditional duties including meeting & greeting visitors, answering telephone calls, respond to emails, managing meeting rooms, stock control for the kitchen, event management and dealing with employee passes. You will also be in charge of booking cars and keeping track of the company oyster cards.
As this role is based at the headquarters, the environment has a slightly more corporate feel and would suit a more polished and experienced Receptionist.
The perfect candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will be great with prioritizing and managing your time efficiently with the ability to work well under pressure. You will need to use your own inactive so someone who is self-sufficient and can be a great team player.
