EA - Dubai

A prestigious investment firm based in Dubai are looking for an exceptional EA to join their team. This is a really exciting opportunity to gain fantastic experience abroad.

The Role

This is a 1:1 EA role, supporting the CIO. You will be responsible for:

• Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
• Arranging complex international travel, including organising visas and preparing detailed itineraries
• Processing expenses and purchase orders
• Preparing documents, presentations and research packs
• Ad-hoc projects and research
• Support to the wider team as required

The Candidate

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and polished EA. The successful candidate will:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within Investment Banking or Capital Markets (or professional services)
• Be adept at working within a fast-paced high-intensity environment
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have impeccable communication skills and attention to detail
