An Office Manager role within the HR team in a private equity firm has become available, managing the office and supporting the HR Manager/Head of Operations.

Location: London

What would I be doing day to day?

Who am I supporting: The HR Manager/Head of Operations.

  • Ideally 5+ years experience in a similar role within a private equity firm.
  • Experienced manager of EA teams and reception.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • A team player who is proactive, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.

Key Duties:

The successful applicant will be a part of the HR team, managing the office and building. They will be developing the executive assistant and reception team, supporting the finance team and organising travel requirements and team events.
