Our client is a FTSE 250 international recruitment company.

Description

Our client is a FTSE 250 international recruitment company, looking to recruit a permanent Corporate Front of House Receptionist. Work in a team of 2 Receptionists in an office of 350 members of staff, your duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors, notifying the relevant staff member of their arrival.
  • Answering the phone, taking messages, directing calls.
  • Booking meeting rooms, using Outlook booking/diary system.
  • Setting up conference facilities, video conferencing and Skype calls.
  • Ensuring Reception is presentable at all times.
  • Working closely with the Office Manager regarding any office maintenance issues and liaising with Building Security and suppliers.
  • Arranging catering for meetings, as and when required.
  • Assisting with Client Assessment days.
  • Booking couriers
  • Booking taxis
  • Sorting and franking the post
  • Covering Reception at the City office on a fortnightly rota basis.

Profile

The successful candidate for this role will:

  • Have previously worked as a Receptionist.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with the confidence to liaise at all levels.
  • Be a good team player.
  • Have excellent organisational, time management and multi tasking skills.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Job Offer

On offer is a salary of £24,000 + fantastic benefits package. Hours are shifts - 08:30-16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30.
