Part-Time Private EA in Property Firm - Maternity Cover

We are looking for someone highly organised, detail-driven, friendly, dynamic, proactive, thoughtful and assertive to join the young, dynamic team of a firm that bridges the gap between the private client industry and the increasingly complex and unpredictable world of residential property.

Hours:                  3.5-4 days per week (Monday to Thursday)

Location:              Central London

Salary:                  £35-40k pro rata

Start Date:            ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Diary management
• Admin support
• Support with arranging property tours
• Arrange and schedule meetings
• Some personal support for family matters to the Founders
• Working with the Marketing & Communications Director to implement New Business strategy
• Helping the team to keep the physical space in good working and tidy order as well as helping to organise the online filing systems, coordinate with the IT service provider and Property Maintenance company and generally ensure things run smoothly

Candidates must be / have:

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Confident, co-operative and resourceful
• Meticulous organisational skills and strong attention to detail
• Open and communicative, with an excellent standard of oral and written English
• Ability to exercise appropriate judgement and discretion
• Crucial to the role is an ability to be proactive and keep on top of all new contacts, new leads and newly converted clients received and running the firm’s CRM system
• A very flexible approach, willing to take on broad new activities and challenges as the role grows with the business
• Have a positive attitude with a desire to be involved to help ensure the business runs efficiently and smoothly on a day to day basis
