*A thorough working knowledge of the IT system and to proactively seek training in areas where development is needed
*An excellent standard of written and spoken English
*To be able to use own initiative
*A pleasant and helpful manner
*To work quickly, effectively and efficiently under pressure
*Good time keeping and attendance record and willingness to go the extra mile if work is urgently required to be produced for a client
*A good knowledge of all administrative procedures of the firm

*Good document time management skills
*A "can do" attitude with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills
*Able to prioritise and use initiative
*Approachable with a practical/common sense approach
*Able to build and maintain constructive relationships with individuals at all levels

*Cope with a workload of varying intensity without loss of attentiveness or quality
*Flexible as to hours and the role itself
*Be flexible towards new technologies and changes in working practices
*Respond positively to constructive instruction/criticism
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team of DSOs and support the PAs, Partners and lawyers as required
