Senior Care Manager

A Healthcare company based in the City is looking to recruit an Account Manager/ Senior Care Manager to look after their clients.

The role requires:

• Managing a team of support workers
• Recruiting relevant carers for clients across the country
• Understanding each care recipients needs and deliver the optimum level of support
• Supporting the Chief Medical Office to make sure the compliance is adhered to
• Escalate issues to the wider team if needed
• Uphold best practise and to be a role model for the business
• Being the main point of contact for queries and concerns from clients

You must have a keen interest in Healthcare, he willing to resolve challenging situations and a proactive self-starter.
