This is such a lovely role and fantastic Office Manager opportunity for someone confident, kind and enthusiastic to hit the ground running and get stuck in from day 1. The culture here is flat-structured, international and fast paced. As the only support, this Office Assistant / Operations Assistant / Office PA / HR Coordinator will ensure the smooth operation of an extremely busy and growing tech office as well as providing straightforward Team Assistant support to 2 senior managers:
- Calendar management and setting up meetings and teleconferences
- Global travel bookings
- Extensive liaison with US head office
- HR admin - holidays, sickness, contracts, pension, onboarding, recruitment support
- HR projects
- Internal events coordination including luxury trips abroad, social events, training days and dinners working to a budget
- Expenses and invoices
- Day to day office management
- Sourcing new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships
- Point of contact for IT company
- Ad hoc PA duties
