HR Assistant - 6 Month Contract - £29K (pro rata) - Based in Sidcup
Our Client an established Housing Association are looking to recruit a HR Assistant to cover a 6-month contract based in their Sidcup office.
Duties include:
*To be the first point of contact for HR queries
*Provide proactive policy and procedure advice and guidance where appropriate to business managers and colleagues
*Supporting in the management of employee relations case load for designated business area, including sickness absence management, disciplinary, grievance exit interviews, note taking, pack collation, the probation process and fixed term contract status and liaising with managers on next steps and taking the relevant action to resolve
*Work with the HR Advisor/Lead HR Advisor/HR Business Partner for specific business areas to maximise performance and minimise employee relations disputes.
*Ensure advice and guidance on HR policies are relevant, up to date, communicated and applied consistently across all areas
*Be responsible for the employee data maintenance and update to all HR systems, processes and records
*Act as cover as required for the HR & Recruitment Administrators
The successful candidate must have extensive Employee Relations experience and be available for immediate start.
