My client, an iconic Luxury Fashion Brand, based in the heart of Central London, are looking for a top class PA to support the Legal Team on a part time basis. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced PA looking for a job share for 3 days a week.
Based in stunning offices in Central London, this role will involve supporting 2 Senior VP’s in a full, all round PA role as well as supporting the wider team (although they are very self-sufficient). Day to day, your role will involve supporting 2 Senior VP’s in the Legal Team, handling anything and everything admin and PA related including travel, extensive diary management, meeting coordination, expense and some document prep. Your role will be very much a PA role (not a Legal Secretary style position.
To be considered for this role, you should be a solid PA with experience supporting in all things administrative. The ideal person will have experience from within legal. You will have be a keen self-starter and someone who is happy to work alongside another PA (Job share role). You will be diligent and committed, highly organised and confident to manage up where needed but should also have a sense of fun and an outgoing nature!
