THE CLIENT:
Top investment banking firm based in beautiful offices, in the heart of the city. 


DUTIES:

Lovely role supporting a fast-paced MD/Senior Investment Banker, working within an extremely supportive EA network.

• Booking travel, accommodation and meetings across multiple international time zones, subject to change at short notice  
• Managing meetings, conference calls and diaries, liaising with internal and external stakeholders across international time zones
• Processing expenses
• Creating documents/itineraries/reports/presentations
• Prioritising a busy workload, creating agendas 

THE PERSON:

Friendly, bright and experienced, polished PA/EA with experience supporting busy senior level within a professional services firm, ideally financial services:

• Able to think on their feet and use initiative 
• Excellent MS Office skills 
• Excellent attention to detail
