EA to CLO

A global education consultancy firm is looking for a PA/EA to support their new CLO

Your new company
This company has recently relocated from Hong Kong and have gone through a massive relocation project. They have just appointed a new CLO and are looking for a personable individual to support her. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. This company is looking to double in size by 2022.

Your new role
You will be supporting the CLO and her team. This will involve full administrative support for the legal team and you will also be the first point of contact for the external and internal customers. You will arrange travel for the legal team when needed. Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events, booking venues. You will also support the Company Secretarial Function with filing, document preparations and record maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have worked within an in house legal team previously in a similar position. You will be confident in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Ideally have worked for an international environment. You will be a team player, have high attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines
