A leading global Executive Search firm are currently looking for an exceptional EA to support the Chief Marketing Officer and a Partner within Professional Services. With a reputation based on excellence both internally and externally, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.

You will thrive in a role which involves heavy problem solving in terms of high volume inbox management, diary appointments, clashes and over-running meetings and will enjoy a process -driven element in the form of logging interactions, meeting notes and billing information in the firm's CRM.
This role is a multifaceted position that requires the PA to balance being the key point of contact to Stakeholders and manage the busy administration workload. You will enjoy working for ambitious people who pull together and work hard to achieve the firm's vision.

You will be used to multiple stakeholder management with some complex client/external facing aspect to your position. Experience in a professional services environment is preferable.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Full PA support, highly complex diary management across different time zones and inbox management
• Arrange all travel including flights, accommodation and itinerary travel packs
• Stakeholder management; globally to ensure market delivery
• Liaising with candidates and clients regarding interviews and meetings
• Support with marketing projects as required
• Create Powerpoint presentations, pitch presentations and all supporting documents
• Ad hoc admin including travel expenses, invoicing and filing
• Manage team holidays and project manage team away days
• Schedule all board meetings and relevant papers
• Project coordination and execution of client lunches and dinners
• Mapping BD forecasting

You will be:

• Ideally you will have previously supported a marketing professional and have a keen interest in marketing.
• Process driven and proactive with the ability to think ahead, anticipate any problems and provide solutions
• Confident making judgements
• Able to thrive in a fast paced environment; have high levels of energy, tenacity and focus
• Intuitive; able to assess a situation and take initiative
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
