PA to Director of Transformation

Owen Reed are recruiting for a PA to join a law firm in London on a FTC contract.  

The PA will support the Director of Transformation and a Business Manager. The role is part of the PA group who support the leadership team and so is a highly confidential and professional role. The role will also look after the CEO if his PAs are out of the office as well as providing PA cover for the Chief Strategy Officer and working on projects for the Director of HR.

• Has worked at supporting board level in another law firm
• Can be trusted to manage an inbox for multiple people. Eg, compose emails for response
• Excellent pro-activity and service delivery
• Experience of coordinating and running multiple projects with timetables and chasing up actions
