Graduate trainee for established and successful digital start up - to 26K

Fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate (or equivalent), well versed in the world of technology, to join an established and award-winning digital startup and build their commercial work experience whilst contributing to the continuing success of this cutting edge organisation.  

Your duties will be many and varied and will include learning how to use their back-end database to manage and invite users on their innovative platform.  You will also learn how to use research tools to identify potential new members and so expand their database, and will be encouraged to work closely with other areas of the business in order to bring creative new ideas into reality, from conception to execution.  Full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate (ideally with some office experience gained during your studies), with excellent research and organisational ability;  you will have superb IT skills and should be able to demonstrate your experience of using systems/CRMs other than just MS Office.  You should have exemplary written and verbal communication skills and be process driven, with a creative and enquiring mind.  Above all, my client wants someone who is a great team player, someone who is friendly and sociable and passionate about carving a really successful career for themselves together with a great bunch of people.
