Are you an experienced content editor? Do you also perhaps have experiences within a mainstream publishing house or financial services?

If so I would encourage you to read on. Our client is currently looking for x2 Content Managers across departments to join the team as soon as possible on a permanent basis.

Who will you be working for?

Our client is a leader in financial services training and has developed an outstanding reputation for their innovation, enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to client service.

This position will be City located and only a few steps from surrounding bars, restaurants and shops, creating an exciting and bustling atmosphere.

What will you be doing?

As Content Manager you will be accountable for all aspects of content being sent out digitally (via databases, related apps, video, audio as well as other classroom based and remote training materials). This will involve working to deadlines within a fast paced environment, liaising with Managers across departments, having an understanding of content, writing and reviewing content and much more.

This is truly a 'hands on' opportunity work within an internal team of 7, and will involve interaction with colleagues internally and externally. Day-to-day activities will include creation and maintenance of documents for paper and online training and learning purposes, commissioning of authors to develop material, project management, design and implementation of processes and procedures, quality control of content produced and analysis and audit support.

About you?

You will have had previous experiences as a content manager or a proven record as content editor. Ideally, with a background in financial services or a mainstream publishing house.

In additional you will also need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A positive attitude to your work and working within a team.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • A methodical approach to your work
  • Experience with learning or exam content is highly desirable
  • Experience with HTML and InDesign is highly desired
  • Self motivated individual who takes pride in work produced
  • Happy working in a fast paced demanding environment
