PA/OM - Boutique Investment Co

We are seeking a highly organised and numerate graduate PA to join this incredibly friendly, investment arm of a family office based in the City. Working from lovely offices as part of a young, dynamic and close knit team, this PA will arrange lots of international travel, manage busy diaries, attend Board meetings and take minutes, prepare client reports, input spreadsheets and oversee the smooth running of the office.  This is a lovely place to work and people rarely leave. I am looking for a warm and friendly EA who is happy to muck in, will bring the team together organising social events and being the go to person for the office.  The ideal candidate will have around 5 years’ PA experience working in a relatively small office.  Advanced IT skills and excellent spelling and grammar are a must.  An OMBS or Quest qualification would be ideal but not essential.
