Trade Floor PA - Docklands - up to £160 per day

Temp to Perm

We are looking for a highly professional and conscientious Trade Floor PA. This will be a stand-alone position and you will be supporting a team as well as 1:3 support to senior level MD's. You will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information. This role is based on a trade floor so it will be very busy and demanding so you will need to be able to work well under pressure.

The ideal candidate will have experience of
* Arranging Worldwide and UK travel
* Processing Expenses
* Ad hoc duties
* Organizing events
* Preparing and setting up meetings and conference calls
* Extensive diary management

Previous experience within financial services/trade floor/IBD is desirable.

We will require the successful candidate to have excellent attention to detail and be able to deal with all requests efficiently and accurately.
