Receptionist

We are recruiting for a travel company based in central London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for ongoing temp work. You will be based front of house and will assist with facilities too.

We are looking for a candidate that is professional, energetic, outgoing, and friendly. This candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating with executives, managers, employees, vendors, and visitors. The successful candidate will have a high level of customer service experience, be comfortable working in fast-paced, demanding environments, have the ability to stay on track to complete daily tasks despite changing priorities, and bring a fun, lively attitude to the team each day.

you must have;

Outgoing, friendly but professional demeanour, energetic "can-do" attitude, willingness to go above and beyond and not afraid to roll up sleeves and help with extra projects

High level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and customer service minded

The ability to prioritise and work in a busy, fast-paced environment, not get overwhelmed when there is a lot going on

Strong proficiency with MS Office programs and the ability to learn new software programs quickly a must have.

This role will start on 24th April and will be for approx 3 months probably longer.
This role is Monday - Thursday 9 - 17 (an extra day may be required depending on what is happening within the business)
