A brilliant opportunity to work in a prestigious bank not to be missed. This role is based in the Canary Wharf office and ideally looking for someone with experience with ADP Freedom.

My client is looking for a Senior Payroll Administrator to provide administrative support across the UK payrolls, as directed by the Senior UK Payroll Manager.

This is a 6-12 months Temporary Contract role starting asap with a strong possibility to be extended or go permanent.

Duties include:
* Run UK payroll from start to finish
* Manage the UK pension process (auto enrolment)
* Able to handle all queries from employees, the business and vendors
* Collating of Payroll related data ready for auditing
* Manage the P11D's and other year-end processes
* Completion of post payroll administration, including preparation and reconciliation of cost reports
* Responding to employee and third party queries
* To provide general payroll or benefits support, as required
* Post payroll reports e. GTN, GL, STL, BUPA, Pension etc.
* Run various reports in Success Factors to support payroll processing
* Payroll administration of Season Ticket Loans & cycle to work scheme
* Responding to payroll related administrative requests
* To ensure that all enquiries are handled in a courteous and timely manner as required
* Preparation of any ad hoc reports, as required
* The ability to prioritise work assignments to accommodate urgent requests as needed.
* To ensure that all data handled meets with stringent audit/SOX requirements
* Demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude to colleagues at all times.
* Ability on own and to work with team members to develop creative solutions to workflow issues.

Desired Qualifications:
* CIPPM Qualified or similar UK payroll qualification
* Proven experience an running a UK payroll from end to end
* Extensive technical experience including gross to net calculations, maternity, social insurance and alabaster etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organised and efficient
* Ability to work to tight deadlines

The right candidates must be confident and capable of undertaking all administrative duties within busy environment. You will need to have excellent communication and organisation skills, alongside strong Microsoft office knowledge.
