Client Details
My client are a global leading financial services company with offices all over the world. They have a rich history in the UK and help their clients with risk management in order to drive success forward. They are looking to build their business operations support in the London office by taking on a new member of the team.
Description
* Responsible for liaising with Corporate Functions and People Managers regarding recruitment operational procedures.
* Assisting with the end to end processing for recruiting new Team Administrators into the UK business.
* Responsible for liaising with Corporate Functions such as IT, HR, invoice processing, ensuring processes are followed diligently and support is provided to the business as required.
* Assist with space planning and facilitate changes as required.
* Key point of contact for client billing queries and project maintenance support.
* Key point of contact for UK Team Administrators assisting with arranging cover.
* Key point of contact for colleagues to raise issues, help manage through times of change and provide support in operational areas as required.
Profile
Experience working in a similar position in Financial Services is Essential.
* Ability to work systematically, methodically, be proactive and possess the tenacity to effectively provide support whilst remaining calm under pressure
* Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
* Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills
* Highly organised, monitoring and managing multiple tasks
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Good working experience of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Job Offer
The successful candidate will be paid between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience and receive company specific benefits.
